Erin Prangley joined NACDD in 2017 as the Director of Public Policy. Erin is a senior government affairs professional with a demonstrated history of success working in legislative offices and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining NACDD, Erin was the Associate Director for Public Policy at the American Association of University Women (AAUW) where she advocated for educational and economic equity for all. Erin’s extensive experience on Capitol Hill includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Brad Sherman (CA) and as a Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (DC).

Erin is a graduate of the University of Southern California (B.S. Sociology) and the American University Washington College of Law (JD).
