Technical Assistance Manager

Cherie joined NACDD in May 2022 as the Technical Assistance Manager. Cherie provides education, coaching and technical assistance designed to help State and Territorial Councils on Developmental disabilities achieve their goals. Cherie has over 15 years of experience providing education and coaching to leaders in fields such as state government and Nonprofits, as well as to stakeholders and families in rural communities. Cherie is a Generalist that uses a person-centered approach for effective support outcomes. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Tennessee State University. When Cherie is not working, she loves traveling to visit family or exploring new restaurants with friends.
