Submitting your registration form and payment constitutes an agreement on your part to accept the following terms and conditions.
Registration Types
You agree to pay in full the registration fee that is applicable to your category. For example, only members of a State Council on Developmental Disabilities are entitled to register at Member rates. A non-member is qualified as any person who is not affiliated with a State Council on Developmental Disabilities, either as a staff member or Council member. If you (or the person whom you are responsible for registering) are attending both the Technical Assistance Institute and the NACDD Annual Conference, you must register for each event as a separate “ticket.”

Registration Confirmation & Updates
You will receive your registration confirmation and credit card receipt by email. Please ensure that your personal valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box to in case any of your NACDD-related email(s) are caught by spam filters.
On-site registration and check-in will open at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center (the NACDD conference hotel) on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 8:00am.
You may receive essential information for registered NACDD attendees electronically at the email address provided on your registration form. The NACDD website will also contain important information – please check the site for updates.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your registration by email request through May 1st and get a refund of your registration fee, less $75 for processing. Between May 2nd and June 7th, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations received after June 8, 2018. No refunds will be given for “no-shows,” late arrivals, early departures, and/or anyone who does not notify us by the cut-off date using the methods set forth herein. If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person any time before June 8th. Travel & Hotel
Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel and accommodation and making payment for such. Cancellation of hotel reservations and/or any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of each individual.
