NACDD Position Statement: The Urgent Need to End 14(c) and Sheltered Workshops for People with Developmental Disabilities and Transition to Integrated, Inclusive Employment

The time has come to end the practice of paying sub-minimum wages to people with developmental disabilities under Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
